At Autel Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
